Esta aquisição foi um logro. Licitei, paguei o que me foi imposto pela CATAWIKI. A peça nunca me foi entregue na minha morada. Nunca fui contactado para levantar a peça. Fui enganado pelo vendedor.

The postal service did try to deliver it to you, but you were not home and there are three ways that they let you know: They leave a notification in your letter box and through email and it can be seen on the tracking information we have provided to you.
Now it is been shipped back to us because it was not picked up by you.
Then demanding me to contact the postal service in Portugal to question their way of working and only wanting it delivered to your home address and not willing to pick it up. We are willing to help were we can and solve problems, but we can't change the way the postal service works. Solving problems especially when its in other countries with different languages requires both sides to cooperate. We are still willing to solve this problem, but If you are not willing and only demanding says more about you then it does about me. Not everything is about you.
