This special design chess set is designed by Peter Spielhoff and issued by Kunsthandel Mertens. It includes stylish wooden chess pieces reminiscent of the Bauhaus style. The pieces can be safely stored in the accompanying wooden box. The chessboard consists of loose wooden beams, which are kept together with pivot screws. Very stylish and unique! Both the pieces and the board are in good condition. All chess pieces are equipped with red felt to avoid damaging the board. One of the chess fields has minor wear, see last photo. Dimensions of the chessboard: 39.5 cm x 39.5 cm x 3.0 cm. Height king: 11 cm and the total weight is no less than 6.2 kg.
