The Vatican Museums include the golden decorations that stand out on the pen body inspired by the decorations on the vault of the 'Raphael Rooms', in wonderfully frescoed rooms in which Pope Julius II (1503-1513) wanted the administrative offices and courts of the Roman Curia to be placed, which gave so much prestige to the art of writing.
