A world war II original Carl Zeiss Jena binoculars , maker:Carl Zeiss Jena, according to the number production date is early 1940. The name Carl Zeiss has not been replaced by a 3 digid code like later war models have.. Serial number is: 2055737, further marked H/6400, Dienstglas, and on the other binocular Carl Zeiss Jena. The marked covers are made from metal,( aluminium),lens cover probably bakelite, Oculars, non magnetic metal, (copper or brass) the lens cover has one strap broken otherwise, leatherwork is complete and in good condition. Optical is also in good condition, ocular adjustment goes light. picture is clear..The photo's are from this item and are a part of this lot. Shipping is with registered mail.
