NV. Koninklijke Plateelbakkerij Delft - Mobilisation gin bottle - 1939 A glazed earthenware jug with stopper, entirely hand-painted. The jug is marked with: "Mobilisatie 1939" and its decorations applied in the form of military equipment and parts of uniforms of both the Army and the Navy with the kitchen brigade as a separate unit with Chef's hat and cooking utensils. Depictions against the background of a fence with barbed wire. At the top and on the stopper are the Dutch Tricolor and 'Apples of Orange '. In the depth of the bottom (of the bottle) is the logo of the "N.V. Koninklijke Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland Gouda" a stamp of "J.G. Cooimans & Zoon N.V.
