Beautiful and antique tea set, original Japanese Satsuma in antique porcelain with decorations that can be felt by touch, depicting three sacred men, in particular the man in the centre seems to be holding gold or bread.
Carefully note the quality of the original packaging, in very robust wood, visibly dated.
This set has been in the possession of my family for 140 years.
Branded on the bottom
The set is composed of a thick and robust carafe, an ewer, 10 cups and 10 saucers, of which one is restored.
Handmade decorations that can be felt by touch, with the distinctive relief work and Satsuma decorations across all the porcelain.
Each piece is hallmarked 'maruni'.

Measurements: coffee pot 15 x 16 x 11 cm
Milk jug: 9 x 9 x 7 cm
Each cup: 5.5 x 5.5 cm (diameter)
Each saucer: 12 cm (diameter) x 1.8 cm (height)
