Beautiful Swiss-Made 18 Karat gold Caballero Chronograph Suisse from the 1950s which is in very good technical and optical condition. The case is very sleek and 100% unpolished. As a result, the facet edges of the beautifully shaped lugs are still very sharp. This is an oversized fully golden case of 38 mm excluding the crown. 40 mm when measured lug-to-lug. A large and fairly unique Chronograph which is almost 70 years old! The dial is beautifully detailed and has a golden colour. The ring with hour markers has a honeycomb structure on which the hour markers are overlaid. Around it, red-coloured details can be seen, which stand out beautifully on the golden-colored whole. The hands are large Dauphine hands that fit beautifully into the whole. A very chic dial which is completely original! The mechanical Landeron 51 Chronograph movement is ticking on the inside. It winds up smoothly and the chronograph starts and resets well. The time adjustment works well and the watch keeps the time well. So also in very good technical condition.
