Magnificent Hermès silk twill scarf entitled "Stirrups", designed by one of Hermès' best-known illustrators: Françoise de la Perrière. It was first published in 1964. This square is a real masterpiece. An iconic Hermès item. 16 types of stirrups were illustrated in great accents. In the centre, a vast stirrup in the shape of a Peruvian pyramid dominates the composition. Underneath, a slipper for women "la sandale de l'Amazone" - a "slipper stirrup", used by women riding horses, it is in this "slipper" that Mme de la Perrière incorporated Copyright "C" - copyright.
