I am selling this Montblanc Meisterstück 146 fountain pen from the 1980's, it comes with the original desk stand, the stand has a screw on cap for the pen separate from it's own cap, so you can use it bothat home/office and on the road. The pen's nib (class M for Medium) is made from 14 carat solid gold. Inside is a piston filler mechanism that works perfectly. The pen has been used but still looks very good, it even retains the factory nib designation sticker. The Meisterstück is the top model range from Montblanc. This pen marks an interesting moment in history since it was made in West-Germany just prior to reunifcation of both halves of the country. Both the pen and stand are marked West-Germany.
