Description: This is the very famous cactus lamp, "Virus UBO Triobase" model by VALdesign, created in the '70s, limited edition, number 1,467. It is numbered and signed by the designer Yuval Alduby underneath (see photo). The UBO bulbs are made from silicone in the shape of spikes (orange/green/red). These handmade decorative lights were made with an overlay of colours and covered with a special type of silicone which gives a really unique effect. It is important to note that the silicone doesn't burn or melt. This lamp is very rare nowadays and a collection piece. It is in very good aesthetic condition for its age, with a light mark on the back which is almost unnoticeable (see the last photo).
