A unique handmade piece by Toni Moretto. Very rare, for enthusiasts. Toni Moretto and ‘The Scricciolo’ Ceramics, 1929-2011. He knew how to put innocence in the eyes of a child, love in the embrace of a mother, joy in the eyes of a dreamer, happiness in the dreamy expression of a girl. He was able to depict all human emotions in his world of clay, especially in some of his rare works. Toni Moretto, Giovanni Duso and Adriano Colombo founded Lo Scricciolo in Milan in 1958-1959. Their production consisted of completely or partly handmade pieces and all though repeated in their series, each sculpture was different from another.
