Special machine gun from former Yugoslavia, the Zastava M56. This is a direct copy of the German mp40, the most important differences are that the M56 has a longer barrel and a curved magazine. The ammunition that used the M56 7.62 x 25 mm Tokarev and its effective range was 220 m. It served in Yugoslav People's Army from 1961 to 1978. Later, these machine pistols were also used in various conflicts that took place in Yugoslavia during the breakup of the country. You don't see this type of weapon anymore.
