1940s Omega Cosmic Triple Date Moonphase ref. 2471/1. The Omega Cosmic, was introduced in 1947 and was in the catalogue until 1956 . Stainless steel snap on the back case, measures 35mm. without crown. Original dial never restored , amazing tropical patina, features day and month windows in the upper half, a moonphase within the large sub-seconds dial in the lower half. outer blue monthly date and blued steel date hand. This is a very special and cool looking watch, powered by a manual winding movement cal. 381 has been fully checked by a watchmaker. Is very difficult to find this watch in this original and well preserved condition.
