Brunello di Montalcino 'Poggio di Sotto' by ColleMassari has always been considered one of the great classics of the denomination. The production area is that of Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the Orcia river valley. The grapes are harvested by hand and in the cellar everything is done in the most traditional way. Aging in oak barrels for 40 months and in bottles for 12 months. Complex and elegant, it requires time to discover all its facets. Varied bouquet that ranges from red fruits to autumnal hints of spices and candied fruit. A fresh and mineral note balances the austerity of the wine with well-balanced tannins and an elegant and delicate finish. Unique expression of Brunello di Montalcino.
