Seiu Ito ( 1882 - 1961 ) was a great painter and photographer, he dedicated all his work to Kinbaku ( Japanese Bondage Art ) This edition , 1st printing , 1996 is the first time that the photos he has taken or he asked to take them to substitute his brushes are shown , He photographied from Taisho Era ( 1912-1926 ) to middle of Showa Era ( 1926 - 1989 ) until his death in 1961 .
