Gattinara DOCG produced by Sergio Gattinara - 1999 Six bottles of a very rare Sergio Gattinara's wine, produced with Nebbiolo (also called Spanna) grapes in Piemonte region. This wine was a top level gift for business/bank executives back in the 90's. The bottles and corks are in perfect conditions and have been egregiously preserved for 24 years in a cellar (completely still and horizontally, in the dark). IMPORTANT! The wine is sold for the sole collectible value. Even if other bottles of the same batch were still superb when tasted (with all the precautions taken for a well aged wine), the actual quality for drinking is not guaranteed, since it may vary from bottle to bottle and depends on unpredictable factors. The buyer will pay any customs fee.
