This nice little gem used to be in the mouth of a Chilean Great White. A lower jaw Carcharodon carcharias, found in the Bahia Ingles formation (Pliocene) in the Caldera phosphate mines at Antofagasta, Atacama desert, Chile. One of the warmest places on earth.
Interesting thing about these Chilean fossils, is that the export became illegal in '06, and ever since, Chilean fossils became more rare because there was no new supply of them.
Though small, this tooth is impecible and of course, 100 % natural.
