#38 This amazing set of cushions is part of the project “Fashion ReBID – Fashion Re Building Interior Design” Program, presented as preview on Catawiki for this special Auction. A project realized by our Atelier in Milan that shows fabrics from Fashion Brands and Designers. The French signature "par excellence", Métaphores is a celebrated brand, belonging to Hermès textile division. Two wonderful cushions made with Métaphores "Bauhaus" jacquard fabric (30% Cotton, 60% Wool, 10% Polyamide) in "Vendange" color and backside made with a precious velvet fabric in blue color, the extra quality velvet made as special production for i-AMF. This geometrical fabric enhances the elegance of this wool and cotton mixture. Highly structured, mixing rounded and straight lines, the "Bauhaus" pattern draws inspiration from lines of iconic buildings such as the Dessau school with a reference to the work of Johannes Itten or Paul Klee.
