Taburet - Luba - DR Congo (Ingen mindstepris)

In many cultures throughout the southeastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo the seats of leaders are important symbols of power and authority. Contains traces of wear and tear. Beautiful dark brown shiny aged patina. Provenance: Manfred Schäfer collection, ex- gallery owner from Ulm, Germany.
