The secret of this success lies in the assembly of grapes from different plots, all characterized by varied soils (schistes, granite, limestone, etc.) and that of two different grape varieties. It has indeed completed the 95% syrah of 5% viognier, a white grape variety that gives elegance and finesse. Their cultivation is reasoned, the harvest is manual; fermentation is done in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, and, finally, the aging takes place in barrels for 20 months.
