A nice collection of 34 beautiful, couloured glass beads , originally produced in the Czech region of Bohemia in the 1960-70's. Almost exclusively exported to Mali, were they were worn as a bridal gift with Fulani women. These expensive beads were therefore also called "wedding beads". Many colours and designs. Here two designs are presented; triangular and as "claws". The "claws' are 32 x 20 x 5 mm in dim. These designs are more difficult to find than the more common "drop beds'.
