Collation: [16], 223, [1]; [12], 188 pp. Binding: The book is bound in contemporary blind stamped panelled calf. The spine is divided into six compartments by raised bands, Morocco label with title in compartment two, which is chipped. Both front joints are cracked, front board just held by two cords (could detach in transit despite careful wrapping and packaging. )The covers are rubbed and have darkened in places, the spine is a tad perished and chipped on the head and foot ends. Inside Both inner hinges are weak, lacking rear endpaper. The pages are bright and quite clean, just minimal light dust soiling and the very occasional small blemish to margins. A very good copy.
