Cantillon Gueuze '18 - magnum The Gueuze Cantillon, a real spontaneous fermentation beer, is entirely made up of lambic. This lambic is brewed with organically grown wheat and barley malt and dried hops. The Gueuze Cantillon is a sour beer that contains absolutely no sugar. Bottled: 16 august 2023 Cantillon Nath Nath is the result of the maceration of rhubarb in 2 years old lambic. Naturally refermented into the bottle. Bottled: 4 july 2023 Cantillon Saint Lamvinus Blend of lambic and Merlot grapes Bottled: 7 november 2023 Cantillon Iris It's a spontaneous fermentation beer made with pure malt, is really unique. It matures for two years in oak-wood casks and undergoes a natural second fermentation in the bottle afterwards. The fresh hops give the beer a bitter flavour. This characteristic, combined with the absence of wheat, constitute the main difference between the Iris and the other Cantillon beers, that are made with lambic.
