Bracelets with spiked ends appeared in the 5th century. They were worn by representatives of local elites in today's Czech Republic, the Middle Danube, northern Hungary and the northern Balkans. The faceting of the bracelet is a very rare feature. The closest analogy, both in morphological and territorial terms, comes from a deposit near Hřensko in northern Bohemia, dated with a Wiesbaden-type fibula. The few faceted silver flask bracelets are dated in very wide frames - from the mid-5th to the beginning of the 7th century (B. Wührer 2000).
