Herend - Statuette - Mrs. Déryn (2) - Porcelæn

Two pieces, Mrs. Déryn. Beautiful artefacts from Herend. Very meticulously handcrafted and hand painted sculptures. Déryné stands on the stage with a guitar in her hand, and under her feet are flowers thrown onto the stage by the audience. On one of the statues, the painters dressed her in a dress decorated with colored flowers, while on the other piece they painted a frilly plain green dress. It was created by the famous Hungarian sculptor Miklós Ligeti in 1935 in memory of the Hungarian operetta singer (traveling actress) Róza Széppataki (1793–1872). It was stored in a perfect display case. No cracks, no breaks, no scratches, no wear. Height: 21 cm Designed by: Miklós Ligeti (1871-1944) Hand painted. Marked: Blue stamp, printing number, printed inscription HEREND. It is currently on display in the Herend Museum. -last picture-. It comes from a private collection. The photos are part of the description. I will send it well packed and trackable. Shipping to countries outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearance, please understand!
