A nice collection of 6 well-used bronze anklets and bracelets from West-Africa. The bracelet with the rope-like decoration on the outside has two rope-knots on top. 73 mm wide. Dark patina. Lobi, Burkina faso. The other small bronze bracelet has fine decorations at the ends. Smooth inside. 75mm wide. Bobo, Burkina faso. The large bronze anklet comes from Niger and was worn by Fulani-women. Smooth inside. Large decorative knobs. 9 cm wide. The anklet with the three bells comes from Mali and is of Dogon origin. Very nice patina. The bells still ring. Nice decoraties with lines and circles overall. Dim. 9 x 11 cm. The small bracelet with the 4 knobs and disc on top is also of Dogon origine. Nice decorative circles. 7,5 cm high. The last bronze bracelet has beautiful grooved decorations. Nice brown patina. Toussian, Burkina Faso. 6,5 cm wide.
