This is a beautiful Leica If RD (red dial), designed without rangefinder or viewfinder making the body look very sleek and minimalistic. This camera was mostly intended for technical use mounted onto a microscope or used with a Visoflex. It comes with a wide angle 35mm f3.5 Elmar lens with lens cap, 5cm viewfinder and leather case. The lot is sold as "Not Tested" since the slower speeds (1/75s - 1/25s) sometimes overexpose, otherwise the faster speeds are working just fine. The lens has a small ring of haze around the middle element, wont significantly affect the image quality. As can be seen in the photos the lens has a small dent on the outermost ring, the focusing has been tested on a digital body and still work great. The viewfinder has what looks like balsam separation inside of it as can be seen in the photos, this is quite noticeable during use but the frame lines are still visible. The leather case is missing stitching in some areas and as can be seen in the photos the address of the previous owner is marked on it.
