An authentic and rare hand-crafted Gurkha Kukri. The handle is made of buffalo horn (YAK) and is decorated with silver dots. The end of the handle is equipped with a bronze lion head. (See Photo’s) The blade is in an excellent condition and is only decorated on one side of the blade. The leather sheath has two recesses that provide space for the Chakmak & Karda, (Two small blades). This Ghurka Kukri is complete and, for its age, in an excellent condition. The measurements are: • Total length: 18,0 CM • Kukhri without Sheath: 16,0 CM • Sheath: 12,5,0 CM • Blade: 10,0 CM • Handle: 06,0 CM • Weight: 100,0 GRAMS • Balancing point: 01,0 CM (Measured from the handle) Dimensions CHAKMAK & KARDA: (Small Knives) • CHAKMAK: 05,0 CM • KARDA: 06.0 CM For more information, see photo’s
