The covers are (slightly) worn in the margins and corners, the covers are somewhat discoloured and scuffed. The cloth spine is almost completely loose. About 25% is still attached to the cover on the front hinge, the spine is completely loose on the back hinge. The spine is worn at the top and bottom and on the hinges. The first 4 pages of text (and unpaginated plates) are loose in the block (but complete), two other plates are loose in the block in the first 30 pages. The binding is firm otherwise. The inside contains some general signs of use: some stains, some tears. Tissue papers regularly with folds etc. The pages that are loose in the block are worn in the margins. Minor foxing throughout.
