Crackled ceramic lounge lamp from the designer Louis Drimmer, dating from 1970/1980. The Drimmer company was founded in Paris, shortly before World War II, by Louis Drimmer. It would specialise in the manufacture of complete lamps in the early '70s. The company gained a worldwide reputation calling on young artists or designers, like Philippe Starck. The lamp is in very good condition, as well as its lampshade. The base of the lamp is signed with the name of the artist. Very characteristic lamp of the materials used by Louis Drimmer, crackled ceramic and precious metals. Beautiful floral decoration. The lampshade is of superb quality, with a white leather effect.
