Beautiful spotlight type 407 from the undisputed masters of motion picture and television lighting, Mole-Richardson.
The Mole Richardson 407 profile spotlight - also known as the 'solar Spot' was one of the workhorses of the film industry during the 1940's-1950s.
The spotlight has been professionally polished by a specialist restoration company.
The Lamp is in good condition for the age, with a few minor dents from years of use in the Film Industry.
The Light has a fixed beam spread for feature lighting.
The Light is presented on a wooden tripod.
The height range is adjustable from 75cm to 170cm.
The lamp is also fitted with a dimmer control to change the brightness from a warm glow to a bright spotlight.
The spotlight takes regular bulbs up to 300 watts.
