Beautiful standing Amsterdam clock, Wuba/Warmink - Period 1960s. This clock has a well-running 8 day movement with hour chime. Beautiful brass dial with engraved arch. In the arch of the dial you'll find a silver-plated moon phase in working condition. The silver-plated dial has Roman numerals and is in good condition. Around the numerals, in the corners, you can see bronze cast depictions of the seasons. The case is made in veneered root wood and has a beautiful warm colour. The whole stands on a veneered rootwood base, which also is in good condition. On top of the case, there are two cast brass angels with trumpets on either side and a statue of Atlas in the centre. This clock comes with the original pendulum and key. Measurements: 2.3 m tall Width base: 40 cm. Width of neck: 22 cm Plateau width is 47 cm. Depth case 23.8 cm depth plateau 28 cm Condition: the movement and the case are both in good condition.
