Die Ringschiene weist eine kleine Beschädigung auf. Silber spaltet sich ab. Darunter wirkt es wie anderes Material. Der Bernstein wirkt wie aus Plastik. 😕

I dont sell plastic. If I were selling plastic I would never be able to sell it at these auctions. I have been selling it for many years, my amber jewelry with sterling silver. The ring you have purchase is made of sterling silver and is stamped with 925.
 You can also see in the picture. Amber is natural, if it were plastic, (in the UV photo you can also see that it is not plastic). 

If you are right, you will receive a refund of your money and the shipping costs back.
I want to solve this problem in the normal way, and also not to accuse me of something in this way by writing about my auction, it is very inhumane.
Ps. In the description of my auction I have also written that the ring is not now but there are traces of use.

If I had received a reply from you earlier that you had not received the parcel, the matter would not have gone so far.
I see that you are very angry at the customer evaluation I received. I really understand your anger, but I'm sorry once again, I didn't know about the situation where you didn't receive the parcel. Please look at my clients' reactions, I don't have a single negative reaction. I want to solve this situation in a human way..
As I wrote earlier, I couldn't do anything because I didn't know about this whole situation.
I would like to ask for your answer on this matter. If you want a refund, you must do it through Catawiki customer service.
The second possibility is that I can send the same necklace by registered mail. I respect your decisions.
