Beautiful still life with numerous details.
Equipped with the antique gilded frame with stuccowork decorated with lavish rocaille decorations.

Frame dimensions approx. 8 x 78 x 63.5 cm
Alfred Arthur Brunel-Neuville (or Brunel de Neuville), born in Passy on December 8, 1852 and died in Sèvres on February 5, 1941, is a French genre painter, author of still lifes and paintings of animals, mainly cats.
The canvas is in reasonable condition with natural signs of age, see photos.
The canvas needs cleaning to bring the details and colors back to life.
Was probably varnished.
The beautiful frame shows signs of age and some chips on the plasterwork.
