Bottle in perfect condition in it's original box.
This 100% pot still pure single rum is part of the stock purchased by Frank Ward, still distilled by his family before sale.
After a triple distillation in the still, in 2007, it was aged in a tropical climate for 14 years in American oak barrels.
On the nose it is lively and creamy, with peppery and woody notes that evolve into camphorated and medicinal fragrances over time. The palate is powerful, with a vanilla attack which then reveals rich nuances of cocoa, cinnamon and anise. The finish is long and balanced, with spicy and floral notes.
