An authentic hand-autographed photo by Brigitte Bardot. Very good condition. In April 1956 Bardot was 21 years old and already had 10 films to her credit. She attended the Cannes Film Festival which prompted her to visit the legendary Pablo Picasso at his studio at Vallauris in the hills above Cannes in 1956. This is a fantastic photo of Brigitte Bardot looking over Picasso's shoulder as he uses a paintbrush on a ceramic plate in his spacious studio. Both framed centrally allowing a detailed view of Picasso's studio and artwork and complete with a hand- signed autograph by Bardot. This is the only one currently in my personal collection and is both unique and extremely rare. The autograph is unequivocally guaranteed as original. A great gift or keep as part of a collection.
