Rare copy of the Volume 1 of the Yasuda Collection , Ashiaki Yasuda ( 1918-2008 ) was one of the foremost expert of 20th century Japanese Erotica. The collection counts 9 volumes with great masters ( painters, engravers or drawers), like Seiu Ito ( The ghost's painter, the last Shunga engraver, 1882-1961), Hokusai or Yumeji Takehisu . The first volume is devoted to Seiu Ito with Erotic paintings , works about 1900 - 1920 ( Taisho Era ; 1912-1926) The work show ordinary couples making love in home; you will note a lot scenes in the kitchen. The set is complete with 36 plates ( 256 x 182 mm ) with the number of each at the bottom and the number of the volume & Yasuda Collection written at the top. The conditions stayed excellent to NM
