This is an original preliminary poster of King Kong created by the master of science fiction and fantasy, Juan Gimenez, in 2008 for a collection of King Kong posters made for the Sitges Film Festival.

Originally kept in the personal collection of Juan Giménez until 2020, this exquisite artwork is part of his legacy and was subsequently provided to Corner4art by his family.
Juan Gimenez (1943 - 2020) is recognized worldwide for his detailed machine-like imagery. Among his noted works include stories for the French Métal Hurlant and the Italian L'Eternauta magazines, and the comic series Metabarons co-developed by Alejandro Jodorowsky.
