A large antique Chinese porcelain saucer (d. 29,5 cm!) with a central decoration of a Fenghuang in a landscape with peonies and bamboo, executed in a nice underglaze blue and white. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical and floral patterns. Handcrafted in ancient China, Zhangzhou province, during the Ming dynasty, 1500-1550. . Guaranteed original and of the stated period.

Condition: The object is in good condition, baking imperfections, two mouse bites, without any hairlines or restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
