I am offering for auction a superb late 19th or early 20th century oil on board of sheep on the side of Myned , by listed artist Thomas Fitchett. Signed bottom left. A beautiful work by a very good artist.

The painting measures 30 x 22 cm. The frame is 42 x 34 cm.

Condition of the painting is good. Please view all photos for accurate condition. On small scratch to varnish above large rock. Ready to hang.

Please note. Due to the fragile nature of old frames and glass, our shippers do not provide insurance for any damage caused during transit. We go to great lengths to ensure each painting is packed and protected to a very high standard but sadly cannot compensate or refund for any damage occurring to frames or glass during transit. Therefore the frame and any glass is a gift to you with zero value and you are bidding on the artwork only.

Due to Brexit, there are delays at EU customs borders though the situation is improving. Please do not blame me for delays or any customs duty payable. I really appreciate your understanding and patience. Steve.

Thank you! The item came with quite a delay, and a big fuss but none of your fault, just customs issues. Unfortunately, that will make me think twice before buying anything else from UK, after Brexit.
