Understanding your performance dashboard

This article provides an overview of the four key performance indicators (KPIs) we monitor to ensure you’re providing a positive fulfillment experience. This plays a critical role in shaping buyer trust and the overall experience for Catawiki users.

Below, you’ll find a short explanation of what each KPI measures and how your score is calculated.

Note: the performance dashboard is available on desktop only.

Did not supply rate

What it measures
How often you cancel a sale after the auction ends for your own reasons.
For example: the object is unavailable, already sold elsewhere, or you choose not to ship it.

How it’s calculated
The percentage of orders you cancelled out of your total objects sold in the last 90 days (excluding 'Object not as described' cases).

  • Score is capped at 100%
  • If you had no sales or fulfilled all orders, you’ll see 'Supply rate: 100%'

Why it matters
Cancelling sales after the auction ends creates a poor buyer experience. Even a few cancellations can affect buyer trust and reduce your long-term visibility.

Object not as described

What it measures
How often an order is cancelled because it doesn’t match the description, condition or images shown on the object page.

How it’s calculated
The percentage of orders where buyers disputed object accuracy in the last 90 days.

  • Score is capped at 100%
  • If all of your objects were as described, you’ll see 'Objects as described: 100%'

Why it matters
Buyers expect objects to match what was described. Mismatches can lead to complaints, returns or opened cases – all of which affect buyer confidence.

Objects withdrawn

What it measures
How often you remove objects from auction after the auction has started.

How it’s calculated
The percentage of objects withdrawn after the auction started in the last 90 days.

Why it matters
Withdrawals disrupt the auction process and can lower buyer confidence. Each withdrawn object represents an opportunity buyers can no longer engage with.

Shipping rates

What it measures
How your submitted shipping rates differ from our calculated rates, based on:

  • Object type
  • Package size
  • Destination and origin

How it’s calculated
Your score reflects how much your rates differ from Catawiki’s internal benchmarks for similar shipments. You can view our calculated rates in the submission flow.

Why it matters
Shipping that's priced too high can discourage bidders. Competitive rates help attract more interest and improve buyer satisfaction.
