Why isn’t my voucher working?

There are a number of reasons why your voucher might not be working. These are the most common:

Minimum not met

If your voucher has a minimum final bid, it means your final bid needs to be at or above the minimum for you to use the voucher. The final bid doesn’t include shipping costs or the Buyer Protection fee.


You can’t use a voucher that’s past the expiry date.

Incorrect code

The code you enter needs to perfectly match the code you received. This includes any special characters or punctuation. For example, if your code is 2S5I-6CK8-S5TY, you’ll need to enter the dashes as part of the code. 

Not linked to the account you’re using

If a voucher is linked to your account, you won’t be able to use it on a different account. So make sure you’re signed into the correct account when using your voucher. 

Trying to use a second voucher

You can only use one voucher per order.

Already used

You can only use a voucher once, even if your order total is less than the voucher value.

None of the above

If none of these apply to you and you’re still having trouble, contact us. Make sure to contact us before you pay because we can’t add a voucher to an order you’ve already paid for.
