URGOS ship's clock with second hand - Germany - 1st half 20th century.

Ship's clock made by URGOS Uhrenfabriek, Haller, Jauch & Pabst. With a heavy brass case with cut glass in front of the dial. This timepiece strikes the glasses according to the shift cycle on the large bell which covers the whole timepiece (see the photos). The striking mechanism can be turned off. It runs perfectly on time even upside down or lying on its back. The clock is completely undamaged. It can be removed from the wooden plank by removing the three screws. Comes with key. Size without wooden plank: diameter 14.5 cm, depth 9 cm. . Will be well packaged and shipped by registered post.
