Bodo Mans for Bay Keramik - Ceramic decorative vase with different coloured glazes in Reims decor
Bodo Mans is considered one of the top designers in the German ceramic industry and he was at his pinnacle between 1950 and 1970.
His most famous and sought after designs are the Reims decor (this is one of them) from 1960 and Ravenna from 1961.
The vase has a height of 25.5 cm and is in very good, fully intact condition. It has a minimal firing flaw (photo 10). A tiny drop of green glaze is stuck on a blue plane. Please study all the photos to get a good impression.
Signed on the bottom: ‘WEST GERMANY 1014-25’.
