Hasag N °: 51 - a large old Lantern. A big old Lantern! Hasag N °: 51 with original glass. Old lamp in very good physical condition with original patina. Diameter ca 15 cm with h - 37 cm. The Hasag 51 was originally designed for kerosene, but can also be used with petrol. On some of them there is a metal tag on the globe-cage that says "Für Petroleum", which means "for kerosene" HASAG (or also known as Hugo Schneider AG, its original name in German: Hugo Schneider Aktiengesellschaft Metallwarenfabrik) [3] was a German manufacturer of metal products which was founded in 1863. In Leipzig, it has grown from a small company that made lamps and other small metal hand products in a large factory and publicly traded company that sold its products in different countries.
