A rare and beautiful school poster with city life in front of the cafes of the Rembrandt square in Amsterdam. The poster is from the series of posters "Aanschouwelijk Onderwijs (A.O.) by Wolters and published in 1911. It is the first print with clothing with the long skirts. (later, the poster was adapted with short skirts) The plate is signed by the Bueninch, house illustrator of Wolters.
