Gerlach, Martin: That Pflanze in Kunst und Gewerbe. Wien, 1886-1890. Gerlach & Schenk. Incomplete set of 72 (of 194) art printing plates from Die Pflanze in Kunst und Gewerbe by Anton Seder. Beautiful chromo-lithographs, light prints, (helio) engravings with partial gold embossing. The title pages and a small number of plates have missing pieces and cracks at the edges. The printed parts themselves are not damaged. A number of plates have aging discolouration and stains at the edges. The folder is in poor condition! In general a good to reasonable set of prints of this rare work. The photos are part of the description. Dimensions: 53 cm x 38 cm.
