This is an example of artistic Murano glass with layers of contrasting colours, which are formed by dipping the object in molten glass, the outer layer, or casing, is often clear. This was first developed in Murano at the end of the 1930s and in was made popular in the 1950s by Seguso d'Arte.
This piece is made of 2 colours emerald green and yellow gold.
Piece is in great condition, does have some traces (age wear on the bottom).
