Antique Köhler 5 "Langschiff" sewing machine with original case.
Very decorative inlaid with mother-of-pearl.
Serial number: 707331
Made around 1900.
Sews perfectly, both large and small stitches.
Bobbin mechanism works perfectly. Wheel can be detached to wind bobbin.
Transverse bobbin.
The machine sounds smooth and quiet.
Porcelain handle.
Lettering partially faded (see photos).
Original Köhler case with inlaid wood.
Case damaged in one place. (Please see the photos).
Original key. Lock works properly.
Cover of the tray for accessories was made at a later stage. (Please see the photos).
Accessories: extra foot, two fabric cutters, two fabric conductors.
Total weight, including case: 13 kg.
