Beautiful DAGGER Austria-Hungary Naval Officer’s Dress Dagger KuK Marine 1914 Pola. The workmanship is outstanding on this item. Pola was the main Naval Base on the Adriatic for the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After they sued for peace in 1918 they gave their Navy to Croatia ( part of the old Empire & soon to be part of the new kingdom of Yugoslavia ) rather than surrender it to the allied victors.
